At NØLSON, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

Ship the Items

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
